Whilst typing any command into chat with capital letters in any position of the command, the game will reject the command even though the command was spelled correctly.

Examples:
/Gamemode - Would not work
/gamemode will work
/Locate - Would not work
/locate - will work

This applies for all in-game commands in all gamemodes.
