When playing 1.12, I am experiencing a very unstable framerate. This doesn't seem to happen as much in 1.11.2. I doubt it is the new parts for my computer because I made sure that they are better than what I had. My old parts I had were able to run Minecraft at 100+ frames, and this was before 1.11.2. Running only 2 chunks my frames go from 80-100 to 15. F3 menu says chunks are constantly being updated. Even when I walk around in a small area my frames go wild. Lowering the render distance doesn't help much either.
