Why does my mouse sensitivity get high when I hold down left-click or right-click or any of my mouse buttons?

I have seen a thread having the same problem as me and it told me to "Right click Minecraft launcher shortcut, click Properties, click Compatability, and check the box that says " Disable display scaling on High DPI settings"" but it didn't fix my problem. The overall problem is that when I hold the left-click button (when breaking a block) or holding down my right-click button (firing on a bow) it boosts up my sensitivity really high and even when I barely move my mouse, it makes a 360 on my screen (and I play MC on 64% and 1150 DPI in my Razer Synapse settings). I've been playing on 1.7.10 and 1.8.8 and the problem is still on both versions. I am playing in Windows 10 too. If you have had the same problem and know how to fix it. Please help
