When I launch my Minecraft and it brings me to the main screen, anywhere in the menus or just the main screen itself, the words are slightly off the screen and the mouse is completely off sync with the GUI meaning if I'm between two buttons it will go the button above, if I go in the middle of the above button it won't be highlighted and I can't click it because it thinks the mouse is above the top button. This only happens when my screen isn't in full screen, maximized or restored is when it happens. View the video and pictures to see what I mean.
