The Blocks I mine will just re-appear and I have to mine them again. It makes minecraft really hard to play.

My Computer is an ASUS running windows 10 (i think). In a survival world, it does this but in creative it doesn't. It's really annoying, and I hope it gets fixed because it is impossible to play the game. It also does it without the texture pack.
