In the previous versions you could turn and move with ease and no difficulty in the latest versions sometimes slows down or even stops when you move the mouse(turn) while moving (keyboard) will result in an almost complete stop rather then turning and moving at the same time. It also sometimes just kind of stops please revert character movements and turning back to previous stable versions

steps to reproduce
1. move player while turning mouse and it occasionally happens.
2. while moving and turning you also notice difficulty unlike previous versions
