If anyone has time its a odd error and repeats no matter Java version or Windows 10 Version, I did update the graphics drivers, but stuck past that

The reproduce able looks to be:
1.) start PC and Windows 10 login, for the first time of the day
2.) open up the Java edition to a 1.12 version (or Windows 10 edition build 1.2.3)
3) log into a single player save, or create a new world and join it
4.) stand in place
5.) PC restarts
6.) start PC and Windows 10 login
7.) open up the Java edition to a 1.12 version (or Windows 10 edition build 1.2.3)
8.) Minecraft runs fine for the rest of the day
