Sounds are not being played from the correct location.

In 1.11.2, if I dig a hole straight down a few blocks, and the stare into the corner of the 1x1 column so that moving my crosshair slightly to the right highlights the block to my right, and slightly left highlights the block to my left, and then try breaking each block, I hear a relatively 'centered' block breaking sound.

In 17w49b, the same experiment, breaking the right block causes the sound mostly only in the right audio channel, and breaking the left block mostly in the left audio channel.

I am unclear if this was an intended change; the vague impression I have is that block-breaking audio used to play sounds from the crosshair-hitting-the-block location, and now it plays from the block-being-destroyed's-center location maybe?

(I'm kinda hoping there's already a bug about this that I failed to find when searching.)
