Unconfirmed
I recently noticed that Minecraft for me is creating a constant "mosquito" noise in the right channel of my headphones. This is not a tech problem, as nothing is wrong with my headphones. I've used different headphones, earbuds, even speakers, and it still persists. Strangely, the pitch of the noise depends on the pitch (up/down) of my view and what menu I'm in. Looking completely up produces an "aaah" pitch, looking completely down produces an "eeeh" pitch, and looking straight forward produces an "iiiiih" pitch. The I've only noticed it recently and it's starting to annoy me. Disabling sounds entirely does not seem to affect the noise. Each menu option I go into, starting from pausing, lowers the pitch a bit. The noise stops completely in the title screen. This is really starting to annoy me, and I really don't know what could be causing it. I tested this in vanilla, vanilla + optifine, modded, modded + optifine, and even old versions of the game. Again, does not affect any other programs. Just Minecraft.
Forced crash of vanilla version 1.12.2, in case there might be something in there that could help
