Before you ask I do have OptiFine installed. This has been happening without mods too. It usually occurs when Java can not handle far rendering but otherwise it has not been that big of a problem until now when it was minecraft crashing instead of closing. If it closes its a java error so i dismiss it. Otherwise it has not occurred to me that it might be a problem that should be addressed.
