There is very severe lag when moving the cursor over the Minecraft window with a high refresh rate mouse. I'm not sure what mice it affects or if it is limited to Logitech's, but my Logitech G700S causes severe problems when it's refresh rate is above 250Hz. Even if I am in the escape menu and the game is completely paused, I can see the FPS counter drop significantly when moving the cursor over the window. I have seen some complaints about this issue with varying mice, but I can't verify them myself.
Here are videos of the issue on varying versions of the game, and modded as well as vanilla to demonstrate that this is an issue across all of Minecraft.

I have a relatively powerful computer, but even it can't handle the high refresh rate mouse. Especially with a polling rate of 1000Hz, the game often completely locks up upon moving the cursor.
