Summoning a mob with custom NBT data at the end that isn't normally present on a mob is not given to the mob upon summon, unlike items where all NBT data is accepted.

E.g. summoning a zombie with an "ability" tag does not give the zombie with the tag, but giving a player an item with the "ability" tag does.
