minecraft image turns strange

      I played last Minecraft 1.12.2 with optifine. When I joined a server and when I wanted to spin to tap an NPC, my image runs very fast so that it does not work. I have had this a few times before.

      characteristics:
      processor: Intel Pentium
      8 GB of RAM
      64x Bit

      Can you help because this really does not work anymore.
