I try to open a world on Minecraft and when it starts to load Minecraft crashes and then it goes back to the home screen of the Apple TV generation 4 I try to do this lots of times and it keeps doing the same thing I can't fix the problem so I can't play Minecraft. it does not connect to xbox live and you can't do multiplayer or achievements.
I have reported this problem many times to Minecraft and also contacted apple support and that people could still pay for a £20 game that they don't know all these problems could happen.
The Minecraft Apple TV edition is version 1.1.5 it needs to be updated to the same edition as pocket edition so the game is up to date and is fully working and can share with any apple devices sync.
could you contact me back as soon as possible because this problem has happened since the Apple TV 4th generation was released.
