I died a piece of armor, then i wanted to get rid of the color in the description of the armor. In 1.12 HideFlags:32 would've hidden it, but when I tried in 1.13, the color bit stayed. I'm not sure if this effects other things that HideFlags:32 used to hide. 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16 still work.
