Mouse movement is either much too fast or much too slow compared to previous versions of Minecraft. Mouse movement with a high DPI mouse is much too fast in 1.13 snapshots compared to previous versions. The opposite is true for touchpad input on my device, which barely initiates any movement in comparison to previous Minecraft versions.
