Starting when the very first Snapshot released for Minecraft Version 1.13, I have no longer been able to use my native monitors 1080P resolution, with it's refresh rate being overclocked to 75hz through my NVIDIA control panel. In the Minecraft options I have my FS Resolution set to current, but whenever I set my Minecraft to fullscreen, it changes my refresh rate from 75hz to 60hz, 60hz being my monitors regular refresh rate without being overclocked. When using the slider in my Minecraft options for FS Resolution, I see that some different resolutions have the option to be set at 75hz, but when I slide the FS Resolutions slider to 1920x1080 I only have the option for refresh rates no higher than 60. This has never been an issue until the new FS Resolution option was added to the game.
