The bug
All 1.13 snapshots have this micro stuttering problem, It is not present in any previous versions of minecraft. Walking, flying, placing blocks, rendering more chunks causes really bad micro stutters, pretty much anything involving the game loading blocks in. I run mincraft with 4 gigs of ram I've tried lowering and raising allocated ram to see a difference with no resolve. My PC has 8GB RAM, a GT 1030 2GB and an AMD FX-4300 3.8 GHz, and has always run minecraft in a solid 75 fps.
