1.13 won't load

      When ever I try to launch 1.13 it crashes without opening. Here's what it said for the error

      The game crashed whilst initializing game
      Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_ATTACHMENT

      Also when I tried loading up a different thing set to latest snapshot it opens but I can't click anything.
