      Hello, I just changed PC thinking that the abnormal FPS of version 1.13 Pre release was for my PC, and also because it had damaged me, first played the 1.12, I was running fluid at 30 (60 without Limit) FPS ( without Mods or Optifine), then I went to Test the new version 1.13, but I walk too much Lag, I put all the necessary Configurations to avoid it, but it was useless.

      Please, solve this problem, this has happened to several people of the same PC.
