To summarize, the vine texture was glitching.

What I expected to happen was...:
a normal vine texture idk

What actually happened was...:
the vine texture was replaced by a pink-black checkboard block with the same properties as vines but did not appear as it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. All I did was load a 1.13 world, explored, and encountered this. I cannot say anymore.
