When I caught 10～20 fish by buckets and made an aquarium at the base, all neutral mob in the sea and river except fish in the aquarium and turtles disappeared.
Mob which disappeared are fish, squid, and dolphin.Turtles didn't disappear.
When I store fish in the aquarium in buckets, mob respawn.
