It seems to be whenever my server restarts all the scoreboards and teams are removed breaking datapacks, statistics... I have spoken to the server host and they pointed out this might be an issue: https://file.properties/paste/igesomugex

They are unsure what is causing this issue and advised me to file a bug report. Help would be gratefully received as this is becoming a real pain and my 15+ members are getting very annoyed as am I.

EDIT: The file systems are not full and the server does have the write file permission
