Every time minecraft loads up, at first it seems fine(the menu screen is normal), then when playing single player or even multiplayer, this happens in both. The screen and graphics are very jerky, It is not an internet issue, my graphics card is up to date, I've checked for clashing files, run this programme as administrator, lowered all possible in game settings to their lowest, given the game more Ram space/memory and as a last resort the computer has been completely factory reset to try an get rid of any hidden files, yet still this bug/lag continues to happen, it happens in all previous versions too

i have tried to force a crash with F3 + C but it does not work
