Minecraft lags incredbly since patch 1.13.1 and was not lagging in 1.13, or almost not. The minecarts moves as much as it stops while it is in full speed movement and moves very slowly, less fast than a running speed, and attacking a monster such as a creeper sometimes isn't recorded and the monster explodes even after hitting him 3 times with a sarpness V diamond sword. The game is unplayable.
