When I start Minecraft 1.13, it just gets stuck on the application where it says Mojang. It will not actually start until I go to task manager and press end task for Minecraft launcher (32-bit). After I do that, everything is fine. But this also affects 1.12. Minecraft 1.12 starts, but I cannot load a world until I get rid of Minecraft launcher (32-bit). I don't know why this process is started, it just causes problems for everything. I'm hoping there's a permanent fix for this issue, because it get irritating when I have to open task manager and end the task when I just want to play some Minecraft.
