What I expected to happen was...:
No whirr, hum, static sounds 

What actually happened was...:
Upon launching the snapshot my Minecraft tab started to produce a high pitched static-like hum which when in a world the hum will get louder when I look up or down and become of a higher pitch when moving the view downwards.

Steps to Reproduce:
Unsure of how to produce or remove as it started at launch and doesn't end
