the barriers on the water surface and the barrier above the un-outlined barrier don't have outlines in survival mode, though the barrier above the barrier that is above the un-outlined barrier still have outlines.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.put a barrier block on water's surface, like how I did in the images below.
