Iron farm created in the previous snapshot does not generate iron golems in 19w02a. Golem will not spawn.

Iron farm still acts as a village for triggering raids.

Steps to recreate: create 40x40 hollow stone brick box at y=105, line with spruce doors, spawn villagers. Wait for the iron golem to spawn... (but it won't)
