End Cities don't generate on the server version since the last snapshots : I got the issue three times with different world for each version : 18w50a, 19w02a and 19w03a.

By entering the command "/locate EndCity" we still get "fake" coordinates that are supposed to indicate an End City, but we finally run into End stone plains, or sometimes in the middle of the void.

I travelled a large amount of block in Creative Mode (maybe 10 or 20 000 blocks) and didn't find one by myself.

The structures were well enabled in the configuration file, and are well geneated in the Nether and in the Overworld.

By the way : the little portal which are supposed to send us to the End Island sends us in the initial obsidian plateform of the End, when we spawned by reaching the dimension for the first time.

Does someone else has this issue ?
