I was playing in Creative mode, and I flew into an area where the chunk had not loaded yet. When I landed, the terrain loaded, but then my character began to repeatedly bounce up and down. I was unable to move my character, and could only move the camera erratically. I was only able to fix the issue by using an Ender Pearl to teleport away. Below is a video of the event.
