This is not a bug - I didn't know where to post this. Earlier today when I was updating Java, I was sent to https://www.java.com/en/download/release_notice.jsp . This webpage states that there will be no more updates for Java. This issue regards Minecraft since the Java edition is coded in Java. I don't know what will happen to Minecraft on PC after this.
