Yesterday, Raids would start. Today, after giving my self bad omen, raids will not start. I cannot find any documentation of raids needing x amount of times between raids.

Kind of fixed it!! I found another village and started a raid, I was then able to start a raid in my original village. Ill update if I have this problem again.

Raids stopped working today.
