i was in an underwater ravine for like 40 seconds and when i went back to my conduit (which was like 90 blocks away and still worked) there was a wandering trader in the water. the trader llamas however, were on the mushroom island while the trader was like 100 blocks away. also there was 1 at my home base 5000 blocks away, but its fine.
