FrameRate Limit is 260.0F Regardless of F3

      in the minecraft's code under GameSettings$Options.FRAMERATE_LIMIT you can clearly see it's locked at 260fps per second. Although monitors don't support that yet good computers and monitors might soon and this becomes a valid bug where it only pushes 260fps when f3 says 1,000fps
