What I expected to happen was...:
a wandering trader walked in a nether portal. I thought it would despawn after time, even in the nether

What actually happened was...:
The wandering trader is still there, and it doesn't despawn.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure that they still despawn if they walk into the portal.
