Barrier (when placed in world) isn't shown with the floating crossed out circle. 

It should show the crossed out circle when it's placed in the world while the item is in the main hand. 

To replicate. 

1. Place barrier in the world. 
2. Hold the barrier item in hand.
3. Success.
