Lighting doesn't work as intended

      When generating new chunks in this Pre-Release, light does not behave and work as normal. In my case, I have travelled using the nether into the overworld. When I got onto the surface from the undergreound, I noticed some lighting issues. They seem to be quite frequent

          We're actually already tracking this issue at MC-142134, so we will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
