The world is made in snapshot 19w07a, but the majority of the villagers are born in 19w13a ~ pre-release 1.

The village is walled off and there are 40+ golems all over the place.(which is also annoying, but it is okay I can just kill some of them later)

There is only one bell(meeting point)

I've traded nothing with villagers until today(because I wanted to switch their jobs, which continues to fail till today.) so every single one of them are at their novice level.

in the screenshot, there are no composters left in the village and they still don't lose a job
(all 12 composters are broken now)

This happened before in pre-release1~3, and pre-release 4 said it is now fixed. so I logged in, all the villagers lost there jobs, so I tried once more-placed composters, and removed composters several days later- and this bug is still here.

      Also

I manually placed a lot of beds on the second floor near the town center, but only few villagers seems to sleep at night. So I moved all the beds to the center of the town, but broken villagers don't ever sleep at all no matter where the beds are.

They, broken villagers, don't even gather up in the evening. They seems to have their own schedule and wonder around some places every day, at the same time of a day. They receive foods from others, and does nothing.

"sleeping broken" ones does not mean they are "profession broken". it seems like, it is acting separately.

seems like villager info get corrupted so easily. is there any way to reset those status?

Newly born villagers work fine for a while, but when I brake some beds and workstations several times, some portion of them start to act weird again. However I can't figure out the rules of becoming weird till today
