Village houses generates over planters, overwriting beds and other household items

      When loading in a new village in 1.14 PR 5, the planters overwrite the houses in the villages, leaving half-doors, no beds, deleted villager workstations, etc. Sometimes the chests were overwritten as well, sometimes not.
