I put these commands into the chat.

     /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:acacia_sign{Text:["ete"]}

And I deleted the "acacia_sign{Text:["ete"]}" and saw the text appear

(Sorry I couldn't attach the screenshot because it keeps saying "there was a missing token" and I marked the version 1.14.1 because it is the only one available and the actual version I am playing is 1.14
