Villagers not moving and books without colors

      Hi,
      We run a 1.14.2 server and seem to have some bugs regarding villagers and books.
      Our villagers don't move by themselves and can only be pushed. They can still trade, though.
      Also, we can't paste nor write (using alt+0812 combination) a paragraph sign (ยง) in a book.
