I cant create a World in Minecraft 1.14.2

      I have tested the most recent versions of Minecraft from version 1.14 to version 1.14.2 pre release 4, downloaded version 1.14.2 and created a new world. It stays at 0%, just like loading a world of 1.14.1. Use the Tlaucher launcher. Thank you for reading
