After I decided to make a datapack uninstall itself (And disable itself) and run the uninstall bit,

Minecraft crashed after about a minute due to a exception in the server tick loop (I checked the log and found nothing really important btw)

Error shown in Launcher: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
