The players cloak appears to render improperly in the latest snapshot.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Have a cape
2) Launch snapshot
3) Go into third person mode

(Yes I'm aware that my cape is not official, however it is simply abusing Minecraft's method to look up capes. Since my cape file is designed within vanilla specs, I expect it to render properly both on old versions of Minecraft as well as the recent snapshots.)
