I had this issue since 1.14.1, every time i turn my difficulty to anything higher than peaceful my entity counter skyrockets and the same goes for peaceful, bats seem to spawn a ton in groups of around 15 - 30, very strange but i'm not sure if this is meant to happen, i read the patch notes for 1.14.3 and as far as i could see, nothing was said about mob cap or spawn rates, super annoying and i hope it gets fixed.
