World reset after not getting a warning whilst logging into 1.14 world with 1.8.9

      Logged into our hardcore 1.14.2 world on 1.8.9 by accident. There was no warning saying I was on 1.8.9, I logged in and the whole world had reset for 1.8.9. Then I went to 1.14.2 and everything was still reset.

      Is there any way I can get the world back before it happened (it was reset around 3 hours ago)

      my ign is kayZeee and the world is called New Worldddd
