Zombies placed in a minecart and run around a continuous loop will eventually lose their head piece if they have one, and then lose their name tag, and the name tag drops on the ground.  You can pick it up and use it again.  Then the zombie will eventually die as if it is experiencing sun exposure even though it is completely covered from the sun
