This is more of suggestion as Mojang ignores any other form of contact. As the anvil takes expirience to fix tools by combining, you can use no expirience up and fix them in your inventory. But I belive anvils should be changed so it only costs expirience for enchanted items. Thank you for your time and I apologize for the improper placement of this message.
