So I have noticed that villagers would not work at their workstations and just roam around and at night they just act static and just roam around even though the beds are available 

and some villagers wander of from the village 

so a quick  summary is that their not properly working in their jobs and just wander of the village and doing do to sleep as did in 1.14.2
(To further back it up watch pewdipies video “I FOUND A DOG” in that the cartographer was wandering away from the village and during the zombie siege the two jobless villagers were standing still and not going to sleep
